Every customer has a unique personality and a well-defined need for their life. Our team’s unsurpassed design expertise is an integral part of the process. We hone in on what each customer finds essential to fulfill their new home objectives, and by blending practicality with individuality, we continue to exceed expectations in each home we build.

Our homes are individually designed, and therefore, must be individually priced for each customer. Put three customers at the grocery store side-by-side, and you wind up with three different bags of groceries – and chances are no two bags come with the same price tag attached. Let’s put what you need ‘in the bag’ from the beginning, and then you won’t find you are missing ingredients in
the end.

on-Site consultations
We streamline the construction operations process via a computer generated timeline, and you receive keys to your new home from day one to keep track of the progress – but nothing can take the place of on-site consultations between each homeowner and a trained member of our staff. These meetings are a specific requirement, but worth the time – we don’t move on to any phase of the construction process until we have verified that the home meets our exacting standards – and yours. Pre-ground breaking, framing, pre-drywall, trim, and of course a final walk through at closing – all an integral part of the service and communication process.
